1.                     Your delegations’ friends are your primary contacts. They will keep you  aware of everything that is going to happen. Do not hesitate to address them if you have any questions or problems. In case of REAL emergency, call the organizing committee or came to the organizing committee headquarters at the ESE venue:
2.                     There are two information stands (one in the lobby of the hotel and the other at the venue of the exhibition), where you can always find the details about the programme for the current and the following day.
3.                     When you are travelling by bus, there will always be a representative of the organizing committee on board. (S)he will make announcements, tell you about your programme and, if necessary, answer your questions
